Commissions:

* For the sale of property, the commission is 2% of the price of the sale

* For rentals less than 6 month 10% of the total rent for the whole period

* For rentals over 6 month to a year one month rent is charged

* For rentals more than one year, 5% of the total rent for the whole period (including any extensions) up to a maximum of 3 years

* Value added tax 16.0% to be added

Commission is to be paid on the signing of a contract or any binding agreement

When you decide to engage the services of our agents you are required to sign a brokerage agreement with the agent which specifies your agreement to pay agent fees
