Things you should know before buying
Since 1996, the Ministry of Justice licenses Israeli real estate brokers. The broker is obliged by law to provide all relevant property information. The broker may represent either buyer or seller or may represent both sides.
Every agent must have a license approved by ministry of justice; a license cannot be transferred between family members or friends.
